Nice and warm in my Nomad Base Layer.. winter was early this year.. ordered another Nomad Base as I can have one on and wash other .. Sized up for second one.. from a M to L..
This will be my second order of these golves. I am a motorcycle commuter and I have used my first pair of these every work day all winter for six years and they’ve been great. Finally I think they’re done and so I’m very happy to be ordering a new pair for the next six years of winter riding.
Pluses and minuses. On the plus side, the gloves are well made and fit well…like a glove. Sizing seems about right. On the minus side, the heating is not great. I’ve used Venture Heat glove liners for several years and find them great. Rarely use the high setting if used with a good pair of gloves over the top. However wearing two pairs of gloves is a pain if one needs to take them off often, so I thought the gloves would be the answer. Not so. I find on very cold rides (bicycle) at below zero degrees, I need to use glove liners (plain, not heated) and have the heat on high. This was never the case with the heated liners. Rather disappointed in these gloves.
