Battery Heated Pant Liners

The Komine EK-113 Heated Pant Liners are designed to keep your lower body warm in cold conditions, delivering consistent heat down the legs and across the top of the toes. Built to fit like a pair of thermal tights, they sit close to the body so the carbon fibre heating elements and fleece lining can work more effectively, pushing heat where it’s needed while remaining comfortable under your existing pants.

Heat is distributed through the thighs, knees and toes, which are typically the first areas to feel the cold. With three adjustable heat settings, you can easily tailor the warmth depending on the conditions.

The liners come with a 12V battery system, offering approximately 1.5 hours on high, 3 hours on medium and up to 4.5 hours on low. For longer rides or extended use, they can also be connected directly to a 12V vehicle battery using an optional harness, providing continuous heat without relying on battery life.

Despite the close fit, comfort isn’t compromised. The fabric has excellent stretch and breathability, allowing freedom of movement while helping to prevent moisture build-up. The brushed fleece lining adds an extra layer of comfort, while the micro carbon fibre heating elements maintain flexibility and durability for regular use.

Each unit is equipped with a safety fuse system that includes a built-in microprocessor to help prevent overheating and short circuits. The heating panels are also designed to minimise electromagnetic fields.

These pant liners are a practical base layer option for anyone spending time in cold environments, whether riding or working outdoors, offering reliable warmth without the bulk of additional layers.
