Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Exchange and refunds can be accepted for any items as long as they are unused and in original condition, with tags, parts, and packaging, so they can be resold. Once you receive your order, you have the option to decide if it suits your needs and the sizing is correct. Once the item has been used or taken outside, then it will be classed as used and will not be able to be returned for a size swap or refund so make sure the fit is suitable once you open the packaging.
If the product is not sent back in its original condition, then there may be a fee charged for this.
For more specific concerns, please refer to your product’s warranty and return policy. If the product is damaged in transit please contact us or email service@zarkie.com.au. Keep all the packaging and tags as received.
